Merger: AT&T Acquires T-Mobile USA for $39 Billion

This transaction was completed with the amount of 39,000 million dollars on the table. So the biggest acquisition in the wireless industry since 2004, Sprint agreed to merge with Nextel. This operation will result in the largest U.S. phone mobile operator. Since joining the 95.5 million customers who have AT&T with 33.7 million users who have T-Mobile. Its strengths: marketing the iPhone in the United States and have an unlimited data for $30 a month.
